Smart Revolution has created an engaging fully online learning program that focuses on ESG parameters and the crucial topic of Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion (DEI). The program seamlessly integrates various digital tools such as slides, short videos, and interactive games to foster collaboration and engagement. The program is designed for small and medium enterprises that do not have dedicated HR departments for DEI issues. To overcome initial challenges, the program collected best practices from similar-sized organizations. The internal pilot was highly successful, with participants finding the content interesting and relevant. As one participant testified, ‘The lectures were engaging and stimulated awareness on various workplace issues that are often overlooked.’
