Generators of Sustainable Development

Have you heard about PROGRASS' innovative learning approach?

As part of their development process, PROGRASS introduced a unique learning programme focused on sustainability, specifically biochar and product/service development. Using design thinking, the programme aimed to promote collaborative learning and self-constructed development pathways, although some participants struggled with the ambiguity. The transfer of content went beyond biochar and showed adaptability to different projects. The methodology proved effective, resulting in competent facilitators and tangible biochar products as course outputs.

The impact was evident in the positive feedback, emphasising the success of a learner-centred approach. PROGRASS believes that this methodology represents the future of education, emphasising facilitation over traditional teaching and promoting learners as drivers of their own development processes.
